These quality prints are direct from the archive of the legendary journalist and creator of Rock Family Trees - Pete Frame. Originally published in The Beatles and Some other Guys - Rock Family Trees of the Early Sixties, they were printed to sell at his Rock Family Tree Exhibition at the Bluecoat Gallery in September 1990.
Pete founded and edited the pioneering rock magazine Zigzag in 1969 where he started to create and publish his famous Rock Family Trees. They've since been used commercially in programmes, box sets etc by the biggest names in the industry and led to two six-part BBC Television series based on them presented by John Peel and broadcast in 1995 and 1998. Five anthologies of his work have been published by Music Sales/Omnibus Press and are a must have for any lover/collector of Rock music.
